All notification of cancellations must be received in writing at the Ferris State University office or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than two weeks prior to the event start date to be eligible for refund. Full refunds, minus a 10% processing fee, will be given for cancellations received before the two week deadline. Sorry, refunds cannot be granted for any notification received after this date; however substitutions may be made.
