Refund/Cancellation Policy

All notification of cancellations must be received in writing at the Ferris State University office or send an email to no later than two weeks prior to the event start date to be eligible for refund. Full refunds, minus a 10% processing fee, will be given for cancellations received before the two week deadline. Sorry, refunds cannot be granted for any notification received after this date; however substitutions may be made.
